2 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted and chopped
2 tablespoons nutrtional yeast
1/4 cup unsweetened soy, hemp or almond milk
2-3 small shallots, according to taste
1/4 cup white wine vinigar

Place all ingredients in a high speed blender.You can modify amounts of onion and soy milk to adjust taste and consistency.
