I just found out from Sarah Taylor, in her book Vegan in 30 Days, that I'm a "junk food vegan!" What in the world? I thought I was crazy but turns out I'm only half crazy. I'm still eating egg whites, potato chips, a little cheese, and a lot of bread and crackers. Must be why I'm still carrying this last 15 pounds above my belt. Well, Sarah, I'm ready to take your challege, change my palet, cut out the clutter, and get all the way crazy. Great book you've got here. I'll finish reading it tonight and turn over a new leaf tomorrow. This time it's going to be a really, truly, and completely, green one.
